The pneumatic vibrators of the P range produce an extremely high linear impact force. This is possible thanks to the impact of a piston, positioned inside the body, on the metal base welded directly on the external wall of the hopper.
The P are extremely effective in preventing the formation of scale, bridges, mouse holes, lumps or deposits of material on the walls.
The P-US are special models, designed for the American market to be interchangeable with many local products.
The pneumatic vibrators with continuous linear impact of the P series are particularly suitable to manage materials that tend to adhere to the walls of silos and hoppers, chutes, pipes, tipper truck and trailer bodies.
Such materials are normally wet or electrostatic powders, clay, salts, sludges and slurry residues.
The P are particularly suitable to be integrated into existing systems as they do not require any drilling of the walls; they are mounted on a fixing plate (not supplied) to be welded on the wall to be vibrated.
Features
- The operation of the P can be continuous or discontinuous, depending on the type of application and the type of powder to be managed, with operating pressures between 2 and 6 bar (29 ~ 87 PSI).
- The external parts of the body are made of aluminum and painted gray cast iron and the robust design makes these machines suitable for outdoor use, with temperatures up to a maximum of 200 ° C (390 ° F).
- To meet the various needs of the market, the P series external pneumatic vibrators are available in three sizes.
- The P-US, specifically designed for the US market, have different footprints, which make them interchangeable with similar American products. P-USs are available in 4 different sizes.
